Mar del Plata hosts Iranian ‘Hell of a Wedding’

Iran 3-D film 'Hell of a Wedding' is slated to go on screen at the 32nd Mar del Plata International Film Festival in Argentina.

Produced by Mohammad Ahmadi and directed by Seyyed-Reza Khatibi, the movie will compete in the festival held November 17-26, 2017 in Mar del Plata, Argentina.

Starring Mir-Taher Mazloumi, Naeemeh Nezamdoust and Ali-Reza Khamseh, the film is a joint project of Iran and France. 

In October 2016, the movie won the special jury prize at the 8th 3D Korea International Film Festival in its first international participation.

The flick is a children’s comedy telling the tale of a group of kids at a wedding confronting a perilously dangerous circumstance as they find out the groom’s brother is a drug trafficker. However, no one takes the children serious and thus, they decide to take the initiative.
